It's by Nate Beeler of the Washington (DC) Examiner, and it was published 12/04/09 right after the non-event described as the White House Jobs Summit. The cartoon says it all!! I wish I could bring the photo here to my blog, but apparently TownHall doesn't let you do that.
It depicts the White House crowd, standing atop mounting deficits, with their heads in the clouds, clamoring for still further government spending and stimulus programs (like the ones that have already failed so miserably) to create more jobs.
